Each week of the fantasy football season, there are plenty of sleeper articles out there for offensive players. However, there are never enough IDP sleepers. So to help set your final lineup in IDP leagues, here are some fantasy IDP sleepers in the secondary for Week 17.

DB Morgan Burnett, Green Bay Packers – In case IDP owners haven’t realized yet, Burnett has been on fire lately. He has recorded 56 tackles over the last six games and has anchored Green Bay’s secondary. He will be asked to do even more without LB Clay Matthews in the lineup, so fantasy fans can expect the safety to be very active this weekend against the Chicago Bears.

DB Marcus Gilchrist, San Diego Chargers – By now everyone knows that the Kansas City Chiefs are going to sit the majority of their starters this week. As a result, KC will be starting a bunch of second-stringers, which could potentially lead to a slew of turnovers. Gilchrist has averaged 6.7 tackles over the last three games and has developed into a pretty decent low-end option in deeper formats. He will be in position to once again rack up tackles this week and the corner will also get a couple chances to make a play against a substandard starting offense.

DB LaRon Landry, Indianapolis Colts – Indy faces a porous Jacksonville Jaguars squad this weekend, and despite the team’s record, they simply love to run the ball. The Colts will try to stuff the box and the first person that comes to find is Landry. The veteran has averaged 7.3 tackles over his last three games and should easily rack up six hits against the Jags this Sunday.
