Week 17 Fantasy Football Injury Report

This is the last week of the 2013 fantasy football season, and for those of you still playing, the fantasy championship is finally here. There are a ton of injuries to keep track of, so make sure to check out my full injury report for Week 17 of the fantasy football season.

Guys Who Will Play:

QB Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers – A-Rod will return to the field today for the Packers.

RB Ray Rice, Baltimore Ravens – Rice (thigh) will be active for today’s game.

RB Maurice Jones-Drew, Jacksonville Jaguars – MJD will be active today despite being limited in practice this week with a nagging hamstring injury.

RB Joique Bell, Detroit Lions – Bell (knee) will play today in Detroit’s regular season finale.

RB Eddie Lacy, Green Bay Packers - Lacy will be active for toady’s game due to an ankle injury.

WR Randall Cobb, Green Bay Packers – Cobb (knee) was activated last night from IR and the wideout will play today.

WR Marques Colston, New Orleans Saints – Colston (back) will be active for today’s late game.

WR Eric Decker, Denver Broncos – Decker practiced all week with his thigh injury and will be good to go in today’s game.

WR Torrey Smith, Baltimore Ravens – Smith will play today despite a lingering thigh injury.

WR Dez Bryant, Dallas Cowboys – Bryant (back) will be active for today’s game.

TE Tony Gonzalez, Atlanta Falcons – Gonzalez (toe) will be active for today.

TE Jordan Cameron, Cleveland Browns - Cameron will play today despite missing most of practice this week with a concussion.

Guys Who Won’t Play:

QB Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys – It turns out that Romo will miss today’s game after having season-ending back surgery after all. Good try Dallas!

QB E.J. Manuel, Buffalo Bills  - Manuel will be out of today’s game with a knee injury.

RB Jacquizz Rodgers, Atlanta Falcons – Rodgers has been ruled out of this week’s game with a concussion.

RB Jonathan Stewart, Carolina Panthers – Stewart won’t play today due to a lingering knee injury.

RB Adrian Peterson, Minnesota Vikings – AP will be out of today’s game with his nagging foot injury.

WR Calvin Johnson, Detroit Lions - Johnson (knee) has been held out of today’s game.

WR Steve Johnson, Buffalo Bills - Johnson will not play today for personal issues.

WR Tavon Austin, St. Louis Rams - Austin will be out today with a lingering ankle injury.

WR Percy Harvin, Seattle Seahawks - Harvin has been ruled out with his lingering hip injury.

WR Dwayne Bowe, Kansas City Chiefs – Bowe has already been ruled out of this weekend’s game with a concussion.

WR Steve Smith, Carolina Panthers – Smith won’t play today due to a knee injury.

WR Wes Welker, Denver Broncos – Welker will miss the last game of the year, while the wideout is still trying to get over his most recent concussion.

TE Tyler Eifert, Cincinnati Bengals – Eifert will not play today due to a neck injury.

TE Jermaine Gresham, Cincinnati Bengals – Gresham will also be out of today’s game.
