There will be a ton of talent heading down to Dublin, Ohio this week. However, the large field will make it rather difficult to pick a winning fantasy golf foursome. To help you read the field, here are five fantasy golf predictions for the 2014 Memorial Tournament.

5. Bill Haas Will Crack The Top-25

Despite a lack of attention, Haas has 12 top-26 finishes on the year. He tends to be hit-or-miss fantasy option, but he has looked pretty strong lately. Haas should have no problem cracking the top-25 this week at Muirfield Village.

4. Bo Van Pelt Will Have A Big Weekend

Van Pelt has cracked the top-21 in four consecutive trips to Muirfield, including three top-13 finishes. BVP knows this course very well and the veteran tends to show up every year on this course. If you need a dark horse sleeper to gamble on this week in Ohio, take a shot on Van Pelt.

3. Bubba Watson Will Struggle All Week

Watson has never fared well at Memorial. He has yet to cracked the top-20 at Muirfield Village and he has shockingly missed the cut twice. He may have put on the green jacket earlier this year, but that doesn’t mean that he will be a reliable fantasy option week after week. This is one week to steer clear of Bubba.

2. Luke Donald Will Crack The Top-10

Donald is being severely overlooked this week. The veteran has made the cut here in six straight attempts and has managed to crack the top-15 in four of those tournaments. Donald will be a safe bet to make the cut this year and another top-10 showing seems all but guaranteed for the Englishman.

1. Matt Kuchar Will Not Win This Year

Kuchar is the defending champ at Muirfield and he shockingly posted five top-five appearances on this course. However, there is a ton of talent heading to Dublin this year and the veteran will have his work cut out for him. Kuchar will still crack the top-10, but fantasy fans shouldn’t expect him to win it again this year.
