The best way to pick up extra pitching points in weekly leagues, is to start as many two-start pitchers as possible. Unfortunately, not every two-start pitcher is worth plugging into your rotation. To help you set your lineup this week, here are five players that must be in all lineups in Week 10 of the fantasy baseball season.

5. Justin Masterson, Cleveland Indians

Masterson is one veteran hurler that continues to struggle this year. He has an awful 5.21 ERA to go along with a just as lackluster 1.54 WHIP. However, he has still struck out 58 batters in 67.1 innings of work. He will face off against two struggling offenses this week and the veteran will be worth starting in deeper leagues in Week 10.

Week 10 Starts: (6/2 vs. BOS) (6/8 @ TEX)

4. Zack Wheeler, New York Mets

Wheeler has struggled at times this year, evident by his 2-5 record and 4.31 ERA. However, the 24-year-old is improving with each passing start and he is finally starting to live up to his potential. Over his last two starts (13 IP), Wheeler has a 2.08 ERA and has struck out 16 batters. He has two winnable matchups this week and the young fireballer should finish with two quality starts in the very least.

Week 10 Starts: (6/3 @ CHC) (6/8 @SF)

3. Jose Quintana, Chicago White Sox

Quintana has a respectable 3.61 ERA on the year and will be a sneaky play this week. He has averaged 103.9 pitches per start and the veteran is constantly going deep into ballgames. He should easily rack up over 12 innings of work this week to go along with double-digit strikeouts.

Week 10 Starts: (6/21 @ LAD) (6/8 @ LAA)

2. Hiroki Kuroda, New York Yankees

Kuroda has been very erratic this season. His 4.57 ERA is well above his 3.46 career mark and his 1.32 WHIP is far from respectable. However, the veteran will hit his groove eventually and it will be worth gambling on him this week with the extra trip to the hill. If you need a fifth starter to roll with this week, don't be afraid to plug in Kuroda in Week 10.

Week 10 Starts: (6/3 vs. OAK) (6/8 @ KC)

1. Homer Bailey, Cincinnati Reds

Bailey has won three of his last four starts and the hurler is slowly getting over his early-season slump. He has lowered his ERA down to 5.04 from a nasty 8.16 and he has developed into the ultimate ground ball pitcher (112 GB/92 FB). Some owners may have started to lose faith Bailey, but this is one week to make sure he is active.

Week 10 Starts: (6/3 vs. SF) (6/8 vs. PHI)
