Streaming starting pitchers can be one of the most effective strategies in fantasy baseball. When you're choosing your spot starters, the most important thing to look at is their matchup. These pitchers obviously aren't the cream of the crop -- if they were they wouldn't be lingering on free agency -- so it's imperative you use them only when the matchup is ripe.
