After a disappointing 2013 campaign, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a new coach and have added talent at the skill positions. They could be a surprise playoff team under coach Lovie Smith, and these five players belong on your fantasy football roster in 2014.

Josh McCown did a wonderful job filling in for an injured Jay Cutler in Chicago last season, and has the support of new Tampa coach Lovie Smith. There is no doubt that McCown has the adequate weapons around him to succeed if he can mimic his performance in 2013. McCown provides great value in the later rounds and is an ideal QB2. He is currently being picked right around the 12th round in most mock drafts.

In the second round of the 2014 draft, Tampa Bay selected Washington's Austin Seferian-Jenkins, who won the John Mackey award for most outstanding college tight end in 2013. Seferian-Jenkins will be largely overlooked in fantasy football drafts, but could be performing as a top-10 TE by midseason considering the Bucs have weapons at WR that demand attention from opposing defenses.

Mike Evans was a standout WR at Texas A&M, and Tampa Bay's first-round pick looks to be a standout in the NFL as well. Although a rookie, Evans should obliterate his current value at right around the eighth round of most standard drafts, and will likely perform as an ideal WR2 at a WR3 price.

2. Doug Martin

Doug Martin is perhaps the most puzzling running back to forecast this draft season. Coming off of missing most of the 2013 campaign, it is understandable that many do not believe he will return to form as a first-round caliber running back. However, with Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson spreading the field wide, and a new presence over the middle in Austin Seferian-Jenkins, Martin should have every chance to succeed.

In 2013, Vincent Jackson accumulated 1224 yards receiving and seven touchdowns in an offense where he had almost no help. With the new offensive weapons around him and the return of Doug Martin, V-Jax could be in store for the best statistical season of his career for Tampa. Many in fantasy circles will underrate the 2014 Bucs' offense, but you should not.
