To help you pick your team this week, here are five fantasy NASCAR sleepers for the 2014 Quaker State 400.

Menard has been on fire this spring, as he has racked up four top-10 finishes in his last five races alone. He has also completed all three races in Kentucky. Menard will be a great second sleeper to look for this weekend.

Ambrose has three top-20 finishes in three career races in Kentucky and an average finish of 15.33. He has finished all three races as well. Ambrose will be a strong sleeper candidate and will be one veteran to watch very closely this Saturday.

Bowyer has miraculously finished inside the top-11 in four straight races heading into the Quaker State 400. Bowyer also finished third in Kentucky last spring and he will be one of the best sleeper options to look for after the big names come off the board.
