To help you pick your fantasy foursome this week, here are five predictions for the 2014 British Open.

5. Bubba Watson Will Crush The Ball

Bubba’s short game may struggle this week, but look for him to get plenty of distance on the cement-like fairways in Liverpool. Watson should get plenty of roll on his drive this week and average at least 15 extra yards per drive over the rest of the field.

4. Lee Westwood Will Crack The Top-10

Westwood is one of the only veterans that consistently shows up at the British Open year after year. He finished third here in 2013 and second back in 2010. Westwood will be worth gambling on this week and will likely once again crack the top-five across the pond.

3. Tiger Woods Will Once Again Struggle

This is only Tiger’s second tournament since his return from back surgery. He will likely make the cut this week, but don’t expect him to start seriously competing on Sunday just yet. Woods will struggle for at least one or two more tournaments.

2. Phil Mickelson Won’t Win

Mickelson is drawing a good deal of attention this week, since he is the defending champion of the British Open and finished second in 2011. However, Mickelson doesn’t have a single top-10 finish this year. I expect him to show up this week and crack the top-10, but he will once again miss out on hoisting the trophy on Sunday.

1. Adam Scott Will Win It All

Scott has made the cut in all 10 of his tournament appearances this season, including eight top-15 finishes. Scott is coming off three consecutive top-10 finishes as well and is one of the hottest golfers on the tour right now. Scott is my pick to win it all this week in Liverpool.
