Most fantasy owners draft one defense and ride them out for the whole season. Some own an elite defenses and have nothing to worry about while others play the matchups and stream a different defense each week. If you're in the latter, then here are five defenses available to pick up for Week 2.

5. Washington Redskins

The Washington Redskins had a horrible defense last year. The defense surrendered the third-most fantasy points to opposing tailbacks and the seventh-most to opposing wideouts last season. On the bright side, the defense faces a sloppy Jacksonville Jaguars offense. The team was shut out in the second half. Running back Toby Gerhart is questionable in Week 2, so the Redskins should force some turnovers. They are available in 97 percent of leagues.

4. Tennessee Titans

Man, the Tennessee Titans defense has a good matchup in Week 2. Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo threw three first-half interceptions. The Titans defense held the Kansas City Chiefs to just 10 points, 245 total yards and recorded three interceptions and four sacks. While the total yardage will go up against the Cowboys offense, the Titans should be able to force a turnover or two. They are owned in just 5.7 percent of leagues.

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Despite facing Derek Anderson and a questionable run game, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers scored just one fantasy point. The team allowed 20 points and recorded only one sack. Luckily, the defense has a more favorable matchup coming up in Week 2. The St. Louis Rams have no quarterback with Shaun Hill questionable and the running game looks to be a committee situation. The defense is owned in 51.9 percent of leagues, still widely available.

2. Houston Texans

The Houston Texans defense looks to be back to elite status. The unit allowed just six points to the Washington Redskins and scored a defensive touchdown. Their next opponent is the Oakland Raiders, who started a rookie quarterback in Derek Carr. J.J. Watt is a beast and Brian Cushing is healthy (for now). The defense is owned in 62 percent of ESPN.com leagues. Despite losing Jadeveon Clowney for a few weeks, the defense will be legit for Week 2.

The Miami Dolphins pulled off the upset and defeated division rival New England Patriots. The defense gave up 20 points to Tom Brady, but was able to take him down four times in the game. The unit also recovered two fumbled on their way to 10 fantasy points. With another division opponent in the Buffalo Bills coming off their own upset, this will be a good matchup. The Dolphins defense is available in 92.5 percent of ESPN leagues. Pick them up.
