It seemed everyone's star fantasy players were getting injured in Week 2. That means there's more cause for making waiver claims with players filling in the void left behind. These players should be on your radar to make that early push for the championship.

10. RB Darrel Young - Washington Redskins

Young's been in the league since 2010 and hasn't really made any impressions, but he's catching my eye early this season. He's only had four touches, but he's found the end zone twice in two different games. I expect the Redskins to look more at running the ball with the slew of passing game injuries they've encountered. It wouldn't surprise me if they keep turning to their fullback. It's worked out for John Kuhn before.

The Ravens used to be owned in 100 percent of leagues not too long ago, but the table has turned and they're now only owned in 30 percent of leagues. However, after putting up 17 fantasy points against rival Pittsburgh Steelers, I'd expect them to be picked up. They've got a young team, but I'm a little concerned their offense won't be able to stay on the field long enough to give opposing teams less play time; still a good value pickup here.

8. K Mike Nugent - Cincinnati Bengals

This pick will seem very odd, but Nugent is currently the third ranked kicker in the league. Though he's missed four field goals, he's made six. I don't care about his kicking percentage. As an owner, I just care about the mass product. He'll be getting plenty of opportunities throughout the season and he's owned in under 20 percent of leagues. He's great value and will turn a lot of heads in your league.

Stewart was a popular sleeper pick this season, but he's only owned in 20 percent of leagues. He's getting a good workload; averaging nearly 15 touches per game. He's only averaging two yards a carry but I expect that to go up in time. Keep in mind, he does have a touchdown to his name, and DeAngelo Williams is fighting an injury.

6. WR Miles Austin - Cleveland Browns

With Josh Gordon out of the picture and Jordan Cameron's injury, there's really no main guy for the Browns to pass to. If I have to guess anyone, I'd say Austin is inline for some good numbers; especially if Johnny Manziel gets more than three plays in a game. Austin's a brave pick as he hasn't been too flashy, but he should pay off in the long run.

Yes, A.J. Green left Week 2 injured; inflating Sanu's production, but he seems to be a piece the Bengals want to keep working with. He's posted over 100 yards this season with a respectable average yards per reception of 17. Sanu is someone Andy Dalton will continue targeting, and is currently owned in just over 10 percent of leagues.

4. RB Knile Davis - Kansas City Chiefs

Jamaal Charles suffered a high ankle sprain in Week 2, allowing Davis to show what he's got. Davis ran to the tune of nearly 80 yards and two touchdowns, amounting to 21 points. How long Charles is out is uncertain, but at least the Chiefs know they have someone to rely on throughout the season. If Charles does go down again, Davis will be even more valuable.

One of the casualties of the Redskins' passing corps was TE Jordan Reed, whom was on many fantasy team's starting rosters. He seems to be sidelined for some time, and now Paul is stepping in, but he's not just stepping in, he's arriving with no hitch. He has 22 points on the season; producing over 80 yards in each of the two games this season. He's not quite Reed, but I doubt his production will be too different.

2. RB Khiry Robinson - New Orleans Saints

It was a tossup of which Saints running back would be the best of the bunch this season. It appears it was Mark Ingram, but he's out for a month now. Hopefully Robinson gets the same treatment Ingram did, leading to three touchdowns and 34 fantasy points in two games. I'd expect Robinson's role to grow within the next few games.

Maybe Robert Griffin III will be back in weeks. Maybe he'll be out for months. All I know is Griffin is injured and many teams rely on him. Now that his future is in question, it seems obvious he needs to be replaced. Don't look outside for help, though; look to internally to Cousins. He completed 66 percent of his passes with two touchdowns this past week with the depleted Redskins' offense and should continue to impress.
