Week 2 of the NFL season is in the books. So, how’d your fantasy team do?

Let’s check out the top-10 Studs from Week 2, hopefully some of these guys are on your team.

One of the best in the game today, Aaron Rodgers turned in 28.64 fantasy points by passing for 346 yards and three touchdowns, 28 rushing yards, and a 2-point conversion.

A lot of people, including myself, weren’t counting on Antonio Gates to be much of a factor against the Seattle Seahawks stingy secondary. However, he came through like no other, putting up 27.60 fantasy points with 96 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

Jordy Nelson, WR, Green Bay Packers

Green Bay’s No. 1 receiver, Jordy Nelson, went absolutely off in Week 2. He led all receivers with 209 receiving yards and also scored a touchdown. The effort was good enough for 26.90 fantasy points.

Jay Cutler, QB, Chicago Bears

Jay Cutler and the Bears looked to be overmatched against the San Francisco 49ers, but they never gave in. Cutler finished the day with 176 passing yards, 4 touchdowns and 25 yards rushing. That effort netted 25.54 fantasy points.

Philip Rivers, QB, San Diego Chargers

Philip Rivers said he wouldn’t shy away from the Seattle secondary, and he didn’t. He turned in a 25.06 fantasy point performance behind 284 passing yards, three touchdowns and 17 rushing yards.

Jimmy Graham, TE, New Orleans Saints

Jimmy Graham is by far the best receiving tight end in the NFL, and there’s no doubt that he is Drew Brees’s favorite target. He turned in a 23.80 fantasy point performance behind 118 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Darren Sproles, RB, Philadelphia Eagles

We all knew that Darren Sproles had the chance to put up big numbers in Chip Kelly’s offense, but I don’t think anyone could have predicted the impact that he’s had in that offense. He finished Week three with 152 receiving yards, 26 rushing yards and one touchdown, which were good enough for 23.80 fantasy points.

Giovani Bernard, RB, Cincinnati Bengals

Giovani Bernard rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown and also added 79 receiving yards, which netted 22.90 fantasy points. I don’t know how much time A.J. Green will miss, but he could be in for a huge Week 3.

Brandon Marshall, WR, Chicago Bears

Despite reports that he might not play due to a bad wheel, Brandon Marshall showed up in a big way, especially in the red zone. He finished the day with 48 yards receiving, but had three touchdowns. That was good enough for 22.80 fantasy points.

Knile Davis, RB, Kansas City Chiefs

I remember reading that Knile Davis was the one handcuff to own in fantasy football this year, but I totally dismissed it. Now that Jamaal Charles might miss an extended amount of time I’m scrambling to land Davis on the waiver wire after his 22.50 fantasy point performance in Week 2. Davis finished the day with 79 rushing yards, two touchdowns and 26 receiving yards.
