20. Kelvin Benjamin, Carolina Panthers

Benjamin has captured the hearts of many fantasy fans this season. The rookie has already hauled in 253 yards and is coming off a monster 115-yard performance against the Steelers in which he caught his second TD of the year. Benjamin has quietly matured into QB Cam Newton’s number one wideout and he should once again have a monster game.

19. Brandin Cooks, New Orleans Saints

Cooks led the Saints in targets (8), receptions (10), and yards (74) last week. The rookie is maturing into the favorite downfield target for QB Drew Brees. He will once again be heavily involved in Week 4 and will stifle the Cowboys lackluster secondary.

18. Cordarrelle Patterson, Minnesota Vikings

Patterson will be always be a streaky week-to-week option, but he has a pretty favorable matchup this week. The Falcons are 25th in the league against the pass (262.7) and will have a tough time containing Patterson’s breakout speed.

Week 4 Matchup: (vs. ATL)

17. Keenan Allen, San Diego Chargers

Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Allen has been a bust up to this point in the year. He has yet to catch a touchdown and the sophomore wideout hasn’t racked up more than 60 yards in a single game. Luckily for Allen, Jacksonville is ranked dead last in the league against the pass. Allen will get plenty of room downfield and seems primed to finally have a breakout contest.

Week 4 Matchup: (vs. JAC)

16. Steve Smith, Baltimore Ravens

Tommy Gilligan-USA TODAY Sports

Smith has been a pleasant surprise in Baltimore this season. He has caught two touchdowns through the first three games and has averaged 96.6 yards per game. This weekend he will be heading back Carolina, the city he called home for 13 seasons, so expect the veteran to be extra fired up this week.

Week 4 Matchup: (vs. CAR)

15. Vincent Jackson, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

15. Vincent Jackson, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

Jackson has been an utter disappointment this season, as he hauled just 10 catches for 102 yards on the season. Fortunately, he caught a garbage touchdown last Thursday in the team’s 56-14 thrashing by the Falcons. QB Mike Glennon seems much more dedicated to getting his number one wideout the ball, so expect V-Jack to be busy this weekend against the Steelers.

Week 4 Matchup: (@ PIT)

14. Mike Wallace, Miami Dolphins

Wallace has seen 31 targets through the first three weeks and will see plenty of balls against a winless Oakland team this week. Even better, the Raiders lost S Tavon Branch for the season, which will only allow Wallace more space to work with downfield. Look for Wallace to frustrate the Oakland defense all afternoon long.

Week 4 Matchup: (@ OAK)

13. Michael Crabtree, San Francisco 49ers

Crabtree is coming off back-to-back games with 80 yards and a touchdown. He is clearly the number one receiving option in this offense and the veteran is a must-start any time he is healthy enough to play.

Week 4 Matchup: (vs. PHI)

12. Julian Edelman, New England Patriots

Edelman has racked up at least 80 yards in all three games. He has also had at least one carry in each contest. He will once again be a reliable WR2 this weekend, so make sure to get him active in all formats.

11. Roddy White, Atlanta Falcons

White was held out last week with a hamstring injury, and even though he is currently listed as questionable, he fully intends to play this Sunday in Minnesota. The veteran will have no problem finishing the day with 80-plus yards.

10. Jeremy Maclin, Philadelphia Eagles

With all the attention on Riley Cooper this offseason, Maclin has turned into a great value pick. He has caught a touchdown in all three games this year, including a monster eight-reception, 154-yard performance last week. He has become the team's number one fantasy wideout.

Week 4 Matchup: (@ SF)

9. Andre Johnson, Houston Texans

Johnson dealt with an ankle injury last week, which was the major reason for his subpar outing of just 24 yards. He will be healthy this weekend and will luckily face off against a Buffalo secondary that is 26th in the league. Andre 3000 should be able to get over the 100-yard mark again this Sunday.

Week 4 Matchup: (vs. BUF)

8. Alshon Jeffery, Chicago Bears

8. Alshon Jeffery, Chicago Bears

AlshonJeffery1

Jeffery had a breakout game last week (105 yards) and he received 13 targets due to Brandon Marshall being limited with an ankle injury. Chicago has a great matchup against a Green Bay defense that has allowed 18.7 points to opposing receivers this fantasy season, so expect Jeffery to come up big again this weekend.

Week 4 Matchup: (vs. GB)

7. Randall Cobb, Green Bay Packers

RandallCobb
Benny Sieu-USA TODAY Sports

7. Randall Cobb, Green Bay Packers

RandallCobb1
Benny Sieu-USA TODAY Sports

Cobb hasn’t exactly been a yardage monster this season (42 yards/game), but he has caught three touchdowns and a 2-pt conversion in the first three games. He may see the targets or yards that Nelson does, but Cobb will likely score at least one TD this Sunday.

Week 4 Matchup: (@ CHI)

6. Antonio Brown, Pittsburgh Steelers

Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

6. Antonio Brown, Pittsburgh Steelers

AntonioBrown1
Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

Brown has hauled in over 90 yards in all three games this season, including an impressive two-touchdown effort in Week 3. AB has matured into a legitimate WR1 and will have another monster outing against an embarrassing TB defense.

Week 4 Matchup: (vs. TB)

5. Jordy Nelson, Green Bay Packers

JordyNelson1
Dennis Wierzbicki-USA TODAY Sports

Nelson has always abused Chicago’s secondary. He has averaged 106.8 receiving yards in his last four games against the Bears and hauled in two touchdowns. Look for another huge game from Nelson in Week 4.

4. Brandon Marshall, Chicago Bears

Marshall has yet to officially be cleared to play this Sunday, but my gut says he will tough it out. Marshall always shows up against the Cheeseheads, as he has caught a touchdown against them in three straight games. He will be worth the gamble this week.

Week 4 Matchup: (vs. GB)

3. Dez Bryant, Dallas Cowboys

3. Dez Bryant, Dallas Cowboys

The Saints are currently 29th against the pass (278.3 yards/game) and should find it impossible to contain Bryant this weekend. Dez is primed to explode against the Saints this Sunday night on primetime and will easily finish the game with 80-plus yards.

Week 4 Matchup: (vs. NO)

2. Julio Jones, Atlanta Falcons

JulioJones
Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

2. Julio Jones, Atlanta Falcons

JulioJones1
Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

Jones is leading the league with 365 receiving yards and the wideout has also added three TDs. Needles to say, he seems to be over the foot injury that cost him 11 games last season. He will be a top-five wideout from here on out and will easily put up 100 yards against a faceless Minnesota secondary.

Week 4 Matchup: (@ MIN)

1. Calvin Johnson, Detroit Lions

CalvinJohnson
Andrew Weber-USA TODAY Sports

1. Calvin Johnson, Detroit Lions

CalvinJohnson1
Andrew Weber-USA TODAY Sports

Johnson is another wideout that is currently questionable with an ankle injury, but he should be ready to go on Sunday against the Jets. Their lackluster secondary has allowed the fourth most fantasy points to opposing receivers, so Megatron could potentially put up another 160-yard performance in Week 4.
