Week 4 is the beginning of bye weeks for several teams in the NFL and this should help eliminate temptation to take certain players who may be overpriced. However, with that being said, there is still a plethora of good options in juicy matchups that are available today. Let's take a look at the top 10 players to target today in your cash games and tournaments.

(Prices are based off FanDuel salary-cap leagues.)

10. Ben Roethlisberger - QB - Pittsburgh Steelers ($7700)

So far this season, Big Ben has averaged 259 passing yards per game. His opponent today, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has yielded the highest QB rating of any team this year with a 117.2 while allowing 261 passing yards per game. Due to Tampa Bay's tendency to run more Cover 2 plays than blitzes, Roethlisberger should have a good game picking apart vulnerable pockets in their zone coverage. He should finish with 260 passing yards and three TDs.

9. Eddie Lacy - RB - Green Bay Packers ($8000)

Lacy has been a huge disappointment so far and his current price is definitely questionable. However, and to cut him some slack, he had to face three elite run defenses so far with the Seattle Seahawks, New York Jets and Detroit Lions. Today's opponent, the Chicago Bears, have the seventh worst run defense in the league and allow 144 yards per game. This adds up to Lacy having his first breakout game of the year and justifying his price tag.

8. Keenan Allen - WR - San Diego Chargers ($6700)

Just like Eddie Lacy, Allen has been disappointing so far this season. Fortunately, his current price isn't as bad as Lacy's and squaring off against the horrendous Jacksonville Jaguars defense should cure his early season woes. Jacksonville currently has the worst defense in the NFL and they're ranked 24th in defending the WR position. Allen should post his first 100-yard game today and catch at least one touchdown with eight receptions.

7. Antonio Brown - WR - Pittsburgh Steelers ($8400)

If Ben Roethlisberger is a good play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, then you'd better believe that his No. 1 target is as well. Antonio Brown has been nothing short of electric this season by averaging seven catches for 99 yards and one touchdown per game. Today may be a career game for him as he is extremely versatile and will find open pockets within the Tampa 2 defense all day long. I predict 11 catches for 160 yards and a TD for him.

With Ryan Mathews and Danny Woodhead down, the starting RB job became Donald Brown's by default. He saw a ton of action last week as he carried the ball 31 times and received six targets in the passing game. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to capitalize on his opportunity facing the Buffalo Bills who are ranked fifth in run defense. His opponent today, the Jacksonville Jaguars, are ranked dead last in run defense. The advantage goes to Brown.

5. Colin Kaepernick - QB - San Francisco 49ers ($8100)

Kaepernck's opponent today, the Philadelphia Eagles, is currently ranked 30th in defense against the quarterback and wide receiver. Therefore, there isn't much of a threat for Kaepernick, his dual-threat ability and multitude of weapons including Michael Crabtree and Anquan Boldin. Due to Philadelphia's pass coverage deficiencies, I fully expect this to be an elite performance for Kaepernick with 300-plus total yards and four total TDs.

4. Julio Jones - WR - Atlanta Falcons ($9100)

With all due respect to Megatron, Julio Jones is currently the best wide receiver in the NFL. It was arguable last year until Jones' season was cut short by injury. However, he has picked up where he left off as he leads the NFL in receiving yards and is second in receptions and receiving TDs. Although, the Minnesota Vikings are ranked 11th against opposing WRs, they haven't faced a player like Jones yet. I expect another elite performance today.

3. Jimmy Graham - TE - New Orleans Saints ($8200)

Jimmy Graham is not only the top pick at tight end today, but he may be the only pick. Despite the insane emergence of Larry Donnell, Graham is still the undisputed king of TEs in the NFL and he gets to face the Dallas Cowboys who are ranked dead last in defending the TE position. I strongly recommend to get this former Miami Hurricane into all of your lineups today and it doesn't matter if it's a cash game or a big money GPP.

2. Le'Veon Bell - RB - Pittsburgh Steelers ($8800)

Some readers may raise their eyebrow at this selection due to Bell's price and the fact that he faces a Tampa Bay Buccaneers team ranked 13th against the run. However, the former Michigan State Spartan is more than a ball carrier and can contribute significantly in the passing game when Ben Roethlisberger decides to check down to him. Additionally, Tampa Bay may look to prioritize stopping the pass and this will open up lanes for Bell to exploit.

1. Philip Rivers - QB - San Diego Chargers ($8400)

There is a clear message being sent with these selections today and that is "pick on the Jacksonville Jaguars." So far in 2014, Rivers has the third best pass rating when you look at players that have attempted at least 80 passes this season. He looks to be back to the elite Philip Rivers of old when there were some early concerns about him. I boldly predict a final line of 300-plus yards, four TDs and zero INTs to make Rivers the top play today.
