The 2014 fantasy football season hasn’t been an easy one to predict -- much like the NFL season itself. Between the arrests, accusations and injuries, no one has been a guarantee. Heck, just look what Austin Davis did to the Philadelphia Eagles last week. Who is Austin Davis? Anyway, with Week 6 set to kick off, here are your five last-minute tips for your fantasy leagues.

Miami Dolphins RB Knowshon Moreno is expected to make an early return from a dislocated elbow this week. It was thought that Moreno would be out at least a couple of more weeks, but it seems that he will get some touches against the Green Bay Packers. That doesn’t mean you should rush him back into your lineups, though. Expect Lamar Miller to get the bulk of work as Moreno slowly makes his way back.

4. Beware of Tom Brady

Tom Brady is currently listed as “questionable” for the New England Patriots’ meeting at the Buffalo Bills. I still expect him to play, but buyers beware. Brady and the Pats haven’t exactly had a tremendous start to this NFL season and the QB has a sketchy history against the Bills. It won’t help that New England is up against the second best overall run defense in the league.

3. Stay Far Away From Calvin Johnson

This is a no-brainer for all fantasy owners -- bench Calvin Johnson. The Detroit Lions' WR is listed as doubtful for Sunday with the same ankle injury that has plagued him the last two weeks. Even if he were to play, I’d expect next to nothing in production. Johnson has combined for three catches for 19 yards in the last two games and hasn’t caught a TD pass since Week 1.

Peyton Manning said that he was looking forward to the “chess match” with New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan. I hope he was kidding because while Manning will be bringing chess pieces, Ryan will have checkers. With only five TD passes to go until he takes over as the all-time leader, Manning very well could do it this weekend. Averaging 23.8 FPPG (standard scoring), expect the Denver Broncos' QB to do more than just embarrass Ryan and the Jets.

There hasn’t been much talk about the Seattle Seahawks' defense this season as they are averaging only four points per game in the DST spot. However, that could all easily change this weekend against the Dallas Cowboys and Tony Romo. The QB has been hot as of late, but that only means he is overdue for a meltdown and his history in the rainy city is far from impressive. I expect the Seahawks' defense to halt the Cowboys’ four-game winning streak.
