To help you set your lineup this Sunday, here are five last-minute IDP sleepers for Week 8 of the fantasy football season.

5. DL Vinny Curry, Philadelphia Eagles

Curry has registered a sack in back-to-back contests and the former Marshall standout has become a legitimate pass rushing threat for this defense. QB Carson Palmer hasn’t bee sacked much lately - twice in the last two games - but if he does get the veteran quarterback, expect it to be Curry.

Sharpton will step into the starting lineup, as both Lance Briggs and Jon Bostic will miss the Week 8 contest. Chicago’s defense will need someone at the second level to make plays and Sharpton appears to be the guy this week. He won’t have much long-term appeal, but he should easily register six-plus hits this Sunday.

After being selected first overall in this year’s draft, Clowney was a popular pick in IDP leagues. Unfortunately, he injured his knee in the first game of the season and has been sidelined ever since. The hybrid linebacker will make his return to the field this week, and even though he likely won’t play every snap, I fully expect him to rack up his first sack of the 2014 season in Week 8.

2. S Robert Blanton, Minnesota Vikings

Blanton has quietly racked up 53 tackles on the year, including 25 in his past three games alone. He has become the most consistent tackler in the team's secondary. The Vikes have a tall task in front of him this week trying to contain Tampa's tall wideouts, so expect Blanton will have plenty of chances to make plays this Sunday.

1. DL Muhammad Wilkerson, New York Jets

Wilkerson is having another underrated season for the Mean Green. He has 34 tackles on the season to go along with a team-high four sacks. Wilkerson has a dream matchup this week, as he faces a Buffalo team that has allowed 11 sacks over the past two games alone. Wilkerson will be all over QB Kyle Orton this weekend and a two-sack game isn't out of the question.
