Every year, men and women around the world spend way too much time trying to work out fantasy football trades. They want to find out who is going to regress, and send them packing before they do. There are signs we see from players that show when to say goodbye. These are 10 players you should trade from your fantasy team.

With Torrey Smith in a contract year, they may be moving towards seeing what they can actually get from him. That may take some points away from Steve Smith. On top of that, he is 35 years old. The rigors of the season are going to catch up to him. He has regressed over the last few weeks; try to get as much out of him as you can.

Mohamad Sanu's value is at its highest right now. With A.J. Green back and getting healthier every week, Sanu will be needed less and less. Maybe someone in your league will have higher hopes for him.

The use of Justin Forsett has been all over the place for the Baltimore Ravens. Don't rely on that; let him be someone else's headache.

7. Antonio Gates

Tight end has been a lackluster position in general this season. There is a good chance someone in your league needs a top-flight player at that position, and Antonio Gates is currently in second among all tight ends. There is a possibility you can get a nice package in return for Gates.

6. Golden Tate

Golden Tate has been very good in the absence of Calvin Johnson. He is the 10th highest scoring receiver in fantasy. However, Johnson is healthy now, so he is going to take away a majority of that production. Tate will never be as valuable as he is right now.

5. Jeremy Maclin

While Jeremy Maclin won't fall off the wagon completely, his production will not stay where it is with Mark Sanchez at quarterback. If you can get the proper value for Maclin, or more than that value, then take it.

4. Ryan Tannehill

Ryan Tannehill is not a quarterback you want to start on your fantasy team. He is ranked 11th in points, and there are five or six better QBs who have less points. If someone wants Tannehill and you have them, trade him for almost anything.

3. Lamar Miller

While on the same team, do not treat Lamar Miller the same way you treat Tannehill. His injury is scary, but it isn't serious -- at least not for now. A strained AC joint could bother Miller all season long. Trade him away before the injury affects his production.

DeMarco Murray is the top flex player in fantasy. You should be able to get a royal flush in a trade offer. His production is going to go down thanks to play calling, and how defenses play him with an injured Tony Romo. It will be harder once the safeties who were used to double team Dez Bryant start focusing on stopping the run.

Ben Roethlisberger is a very good quarterback, but it is highly unlikely that he will live up to the production he has had the past few weeks. He's had 79 points in the past two weeks combined. Get rid of him now while he is still the hottest player in fantasy.
