Aaron Rodgers Fantasy Football Week 10 Projection

The Green Bay Packers have already beaten the Chicago Bears this season (back in Week 4), and this week they play host to their longtime rivals. That 38-17 win in Chicago was in large part due to Aaron Rodgers‘ stellar play that included four passing touchdowns, and for an away game in the Windy City, that’s impressive. That should get fans and his owners excited, as he brings his A game even more when playing them at home.

The Bears aren’t the Bears of old. They don’t have a daunting defense that can give quarterbacks the worst of days. They’re now ranked as the second worst QB defending defense in the league, only better than the New York Jets to which Rodgers lit a fire against with 346 yards and three TDs. So get ready, folks, winter is coming to the Frozen Tundra this week.

Rodgers and crew are coming off a bye this week after a 21-point loss to the New Orleans Saints, but Rodgers should be running on all cylinders here — ranking as the fifth best fantasy QB this season. He’ll be looking over the gaps that Tom Brady found in the Bears’ defense two weeks ago. He tossed five touchdowns. Rodgers did that to the Bears in a 2011 home game as well. With what could be the most dangerous duo of receivers in the game in Randall Cobb and Jordy Nelson, Rodgers may compete with those figures.

Simply put, there’s no fancy metric to really measure here. We’re talking about an elite QB going against a, thus far, abysmal defense. You’ve probably invested a lot in Rodgers if you own him, so he’s a must start and you can expect him to reach the three century mark in yards as well as a minimum of three touchdowns.
