Ahmad Bradshaw Fantasy Football Week 11 Projection

Ahmad Bradshaw

Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

If I told you that Ahmad Bradshaw is currently ranked as the eighth-best running back, would you believe me? Take a look at the rankings and it’s true. In both standard and PPR leagues, Bradshaw is a top-10 rusher and will continue to be throughout the season. This week, Bradshaw will be another must-start running back.

The Indianapolis Colts have one of the best passing games in the league. It helps to have Andrew Luck under center, but the weapons around him are exceptional. Luck can throw it to Reggie WayneT.Y. HiltonDwayne AllenCoby FleenerDonte Moncrief and Bradshaw. With that amount of weapons, consistent fantasy points may be hard to come by.

Luckily for Bradshaw, the other running back, Trent Richardson, is not playing well. He is the 30th-ranked running back with just 61 fantasy points. Bradshaw is scoring both on the ground and in the air. He has six receiving touchdowns so far this season. No other running back has more than three.

The Colts opponents in Week 11, New England Patriots, defense cannot stop running backs. In nine games, the defense has allowed opposing running backs to score six receiving touchdowns, 11 total. Opposing rushers have scored an average of 20.3 fantasy points per game.

Bradshaw will be able to rack up fantasy points against the Patriots. Whether it’s through rushing or catching the ball, Bradshaw is an RB1. If you own him in a PPR league, expect another six points from receptions.

Projection: 54 rushing yards, 33 receiving yards and one touchdown (14 points).
