There are certain players that are going to start no matter the matchup in fantasy football. Peyton Manning, Andrew Luck, Matt Forte, Calvin Johnson and so on are obviously must-start players. Digging a little deeper, though, here are 10 players that are a little less obvious must-starts for week 11 of the fantasy season.

The Falcons’ defense is not good. The Panthers play the Falcons this week. Despite their offensive struggles as of late, you’re a fool to even think twice about starting Benjamin this week.

In case you didn’t know, the Bears’ defense has been torched consistently as of late. As they take on the Vikings, starting a big-play running back like McKinnon seems like an easy decision to make if you have him on your team.

I know it might seem crazy to start a team playing the Seahawks with the explosiveness that Seattle has shown before, but I like the Chiefs here. I think they can keep Russell Wilson in-check and can really limit the Seahawks’ effectiveness on Sunday.

7. Mike Evans

Yes, Josh McCown is throwing the ball to Buccaneers receivers right now and that’s not a good thing. However, Evans is talented enough and has been getting enough work that you shouldn’t overthink it here. Put Evans in your lineup against a week Washington defense.

6. Mark Sanchez

Continuing my support of Sanchez, he just looks comfortable in Chip Kelly’s offense. Given that and a matchup with Green Bay, I think you have to give him the starting nod over some plenty of guys that it might seem strange to consider putting the infamous Sanchez in front of.

5. Terrance West

West seems to be on track to take the reigns as the lead back in Cleveland. It’s going to be a time-split and their offensive line is hurting, but I think West is performing well enough that you have to start him this week.

4. Odell Beckham

If you haven’t had the pleasure of watching Beckham play football yet in the NFL, change that. The rookie is a stud and a star-in-the-making. He needs to be starting as he’s looking like the primary target in New York.

3. Jeremy Hill

Hill had some issues (as did the rest of Cincinnati) last Thursday night. However, he’s shown he can be effective as a rusher in the league. Against a lackluster Saints defense, I think you should forget last week and have him starting in your lineup.

2. Mychal Rivera

Rivera may play for a bad Oakland team, but he’s also been a consistent fantasy scorer lately. Against an ailing Chargers defense, I don’t think that stops this weekend and think that Rivera is an easy option to slot into your lineup at tight end.

1. Rashad Jennings

People may be skeptical about starting Jennings as he’s coming back from an injury, but he’s taken his time coming back and was effective prior to the injury. I think if you have him, you have to slot him in the lineup.
