The Indianapolis Colts have one of the most complete offenses in the NFL. As a result, there’s a lot of points to be had but not enough snaps to go around. Colts receiver Reggie Wayne has been a staple in the Colts’ offense for years, but with some new players emerging, it clouds his fantasy value from week-to-week.

In Week 11, the Colts go head-to-head against another one of the NFL’s top offenses. The New England Patriots, behind Tom Brady, are a dangerous team no matter the week and no matter the situation. With the Patriots’ offense and their ability to put up some big numbers, just like the Colts, it could help Wayne and his fantasy value this week.

Wayne is still getting a heavy dose of targets from Luck, but he doesn’t have many receptions to show for them (27 targets in the last three weeks and 12 catches). It’s great to see targets, but Wayne owners want production, and most of that production has been going to T.Y. Hilton of late. Owners can expect the targets to continue receiving yards in Week 11, but Wayne will have to do it against top-corner Darrelle Revis. The Patriots have a solid secondary, so if Wayne is planning on having a big game, he must earn it.

With a high-scoring affair in order, a lot of targets to be had and a tough matchup against Revis, it makes Waynes’ fantasy outlook very difficult to predict. The best thing to do, as a Wayne owner, is to expect a fair amount receiving yards but not a lot of big plays, which has been the case all season.

Reggie Wayne Week 11 Projection: four catches, 50-70 receiving yards.
