Need a final boost to help you get into the postseason? Or are you already there and just want to see if a bunch of sleepers can get you a victory? Whatever your reasons, here are the top five fantasy football sleepers that could go absolutely crazy in Week 13 -- like Jonas Gray levels of crazy.

As with most sleepers, the first reaction here is, who? Johnson is a boom-or-bust receiver, but it seems he will factor heavily in the Vikings offense moving forward as he was targeted a team-high 11 times last week against the Packers. With 4.3 speed, Johnson has the potential to gain heaps of yards and heaps of fantasy points.

Hunter’s breakout season hasn’t been all that breakout-y, but there still is hope for this freakish receiver. Facing a Houston Texans defense that gives up the most fantasy points to opposing receivers (via ESPN scorning), Hunter definitely falls under the category of “sleeper with enormous, mind-blowing upside."

Everyone wants to get their hands on Murray after running for 112 yards and two touchdowns on only four carries last week against the Chiefs. He is risky, though, since a) he hasn’t played all that much (only eight carries) b) he might be too injured to play and c) he’s facing the Rams’ defense. But still, it's hard to say no to those numbers.

2. QB Zach Mettenberger, Titans

Bad teams have to play catchup and that means throwing the ball all over the field. The Titans are a bad team, and Mettenberger has proven he can throw the ball all over the field. With games against the Texans (31st), Giants (26th), Jets (32nd) and Jaguars (25th), Mettenberger will be slinging the ball and getting you lots of fantasy points.

All you need to know about the Giants' defense is their remaining schedule: Jaguars, Titans, Redskins and Rams. All those offenses suck and will turn the ball over if you politely ask them. You should stop reading this article and go pick up Giants D right now. Don’t worry, I won’t be offended.
