Building the perfect NBA FanDuel lineup is a difficult chore, so I hope this helps you out. Keep in mind that the NBA can be tricky on DFS sites, considering there are many "game-time decisions" and random days off to worry about. Always double-check to ensure all these players are scheduled to play as expected.

The New York Knicks are an absolute dumpster-fire currently, which could either sink or swim Patrick Beverly's prospective fantasy success as he should have an opportunity to rack up some points. But considering the Houston Rockets are 11-point road favorites, he could easily also lose tick due to a blowout. However, the other high priced PGs are in similar scenarios, so taking one cheap option was paramount to me when building this lineup.

The Miami Heat are struggling mightily as of late, which is somewhat concerning when considering Damian Lillard because a blowout could cost him minutes, but he has been on fire lately and could have an absolute gem similar to the 60-burger he dropped last time out if this game stays even remotely close.

SG - Tim Hardaway Jr. - New York Knicks - $5,400

Well, the first night of Tim Hardaway Jr. being an absolute must play on FanDuel was a bit of a disappointment as he accumulated less than 20 fantasy points in 24 minutes. However, do not allow that to assuage your designs on rostering him again on this short slate as he is not going to shoot 3-10 from the field against the Houston Rockets in all likelihood.

SG - James Harden - Houston Rockets - $11,000

If this was a bigger slate with more options at SG, I would probably fade James Harden because Houston might run the Knicks right out onto Eighth Avenue in embarrassment. But considering this game is the second-end of a road back-to-back for the Rockets, there is an outside chance it stays close and Harden gets as many minutes as possible to bless us with another 55-plus fantasy point performance.

SF - Quincy Acy - New York Knicks - $4,700

With Carmelo Anthony probably somewhere in the Lesser Antilles by now chilling with an "injury," Quincy Acy is going to continue to see 30 minutes a game. Acy always provides adequate production on the glass, so when he scores 10-plus points, it makes it very difficult for him to disappoint you with less than five times value production (23.5 fantasy points) at $ 4,700.

SF - James Johnson - Toronto Raptors - $4,600

Reports indicate that star SG DeMar DeRozan will not be making his return quite yet to the Toronto Raptors rotation. So -- for at least one more evening -- the James Johnson, Terrence Ross, Greivis Vasquez and Lou Williams brigade should all see adequate tick for fantasy purposes. When Johnson plays 25 minutes or more, he is a guarantee to hit five times value at $ 4,600 and has 35-point upside.

PF - LaMarcus Aldridge - Portland Trail Blazers - $10,100

The Miami Heat are short-staffed in their frontcourt and it wasn't incredibly intimidating to begin with -- particularly on the glass -- so if Portland somehow does not absolutely dismantle the Heat by the fourth quarter and LaMarcus Aldridge plays his typical 35-plus minutes, he's a certainty for 50 fantasy points.

PF - Marvin Williams - Charlotte Hornets - $4,500

Marvin Williams has played 29 or 30 minutes over his last three games and has essentially double-doubled each time while sprinkling in a few assists. Priced at $ 4,500, for Williams to reach value, he only needs to hit 22.5 fantasy points, which is reasonable to expect against the Toronto Raptors' average PFs, Amir Johnson and Patrick Patterson.

C - Chris Kaman - Portland Trail Blazers - $4,600

With Robin Lopez out, and now that his wife got that whole giving birth thing out of the way, we can rely on Chris Kaman to play over 25 minutes per game at center for the Portland Trail Blazers. This is stellar news for those paying attention as they know Kaman's floor is typically one point per minute fantasy production. He's probably the closest thing to a can't-miss option on this slate granted he doesn't get injured.
