Building The Perfect NBA FanDuel Lineup For Feb. 2

Building the perfect NBA FanDuel lineup is a difficult chore, so I hope this helps you out. Keep in mind that the NBA can be tricky on DFS sites, considering there are many "game-time decisions" and random days off to worry about. Always double-check to ensure all these players are scheduled to play as expected.

John Wall will play a basketball game in the Washington Wizards' home arena. That's all.

With Victor Oladipo out for the Orlando Magic, and Tobias Harris along with the rest of their forwards being incredibly inconsistent, the team needs scoring from Elfrid Payton because Nikola Vucevic cannot do it by himself regardless of how talented he is. The Oklahoma City Thunder are far from world-beaters this season, so Orlando should spare itself a complete blowout.

SG - Eric Gordon - New Orleans Pelicans - $5,700

While Tyreke Evans continues to start at PG for the New Orleans Pelicans in Jrue Holiday's absence, you should continue firing up Eric Gordon as he has been a consistent 20-point floor option with a solid 35-point upside on any given night, being that he plays over 30 minutes regularly.

SG - Monta Ellis - Dallas Mavericks - $7,800

You all know how dominant Monta Ellis can be scoring the ball, but he can also facilitate when he runs Dallas' offense. He will do so again against the Minnesota Timberwolves with Rajon Rondo expected to miss this game due to injury. Ellis accumulated 13 assists to go with 25 points in his last game and has the ideal matchup against Minnesota, which gives up the most points per game of any team in the NBA.

SF - Khris Middleton - Milwaukee Bucks - $5,500

Khris Middleton continues to see 30 minutes a night and has accumulated at least 25 fantasy points in each of his last five games. The Milwaukee Bucks are dealing with injuries up and down their roster and need Middleton's 10-15 points per game on the floor, along with the secondary and tertiary production he adds. He is a stellar cash game play who could provide some upside in a high-scoring affair.

Although it is possible that Richard Jefferson will continue to start at SF in place of the injured Chandler Parsons, Al-Farouq Aminu has played at least 27 minutes over the Dallas Mavericks' last three games sans Parsons and has yet to accumulate less than 20 fantasy points. This will continue against the Minnesota Timberwolves' brand of offense allowing defense, and he could actually see some extra minutes in a blowout.

While Markieff Morris will undoubtedly break your little fantasy heart once in a while if you play him regularly, his reward outweighs the risk as he can also go for 20 and 10 any game. In what should be a high-scoring, fantasy gold-inducing contest against the Memphis Grizzlies, he has a stellar matchup versus Zach Randolph as Memphis ranks 22nd against PFs this season.

Speaking of Zach Randolph, I equally endorse him in the other side of this matchup as he is simply the most reliable cash game option in the NBA, averaging over 17 PPG and 12 RPG. Although I am not madly in love with the fact that his price continues to rise, he still remains as an attractive of an option as he was at $7,800. This contest has fantasy 'bling-bling' written all over it.

The Minnesota Timberwolves have been decent against centers this season at sixth place, but that figure is just a facade now as it was based primarily on Gorgui Dieng's stats. Nikola Pekovic will start to take the reins back over from Dieng and look to add to the trend, but Minnesota will give up a ton of points all over the floor in this one. Use Tyson Chandler confidently especially since Dallas is riddled with injuries.
