On a nine-game slate just five days before the All-Star break, there is a ton going on in the NBA currently. Find out what you need to know in an effort to build the perfect FanDuel lineup for Feb. 9.

Ricky Rubio is expected to miss the Minnesota Timberwolves' contest with the Atlanta Hawks, and Mo Williams will start in his place. Williams has been an incredibly solid fantasy option when starting this season and should be good for 30 fantasy points in a favorable matchup against Jeff Teague. While Atlanta will likely win this one handily, considering it's in Minnesota, it should stay competitive long enough for Williams to hit 5x value.

8. PG - Chris Paul - Los Angeles Clippers - $9,400

The Los Angeles Clippers were dealt a devastating blow upon learning that Blake Griffin will be out for some time with an elbow issue, but the show must go on in the second half of the season. Without their biggest scoring threat, it goes without saying that Doc Rivers will turn to Chris Paul and ask him to be his hero in Griffin's absence. In what will be a fantasy square dance in Dallas against the Mavericks, Paul is a must play.

7. SG - Monta Ellis - Dallas Mavericks - $7,900

While Monta Ellis is not starting at PG in Rajon Rondo's absence for the Dallas Mavericks, don't be confused -- their offense still runs of off his presence. Hosting the Los Angeles Clippers as they adjust to the loss of the aforementioned Blake Griffin gives Dallas an edge in this one, as the Mavs can dish low to Dirk and create extra opportunities for Ellis to score on dishes to the perimeter.

6. SG - Kevin Martin - Minnesota Timberwolves - $6,500

Kevin Martin is healthy and logging huge minutes for the Minnesota Timberwolves. Over his last five games, he's played between 37-42 minutes and has accumulated over 40 fantasy points on two occasions. Minnesota is going to need to hit threes to keep up with Kyle Korver's prowess for doing the same for the Atlanta Hawks, and Martin is their best bet to do so.

Draymond Green is coming off of back-to-back 45 plus fantasy point performances and has an ideal matchup against the lowly Philadelphia 76ers. If this game was at Golden State, I would likely have faded all Warriors. But the fact that it is in Philadelphia leads me to believe that it will stay close enough into the fourth quarter where Green will have either already exceeded value, or will see enough time to get there throughout the entire game.

4. SF - Chandler Parsons - Dallas Mavericks - $6,400

While Chandler Parsons is going to disappoint with under 20 fantasy points once in a blue moon and ruin your night, his 40-plus fantasy point upside makes it incredibly hard to fade him even in cash game formats. With Rajon Rondo out, the rest of Dallas' starting five has added responsibility to score, especially in a high-flying matchup with the Los Angeles Clippers.

3. PF - Ryan Anderson - New Orleans Pelicans - $5,300 (Doubtful) Substitute John Henson In

It appears like both Ryan Anderson and Anthony Davis could be out for the New Orleans Pelicans. To stay safe, it is likely best to play either Nene Hilario or John Henson in this spot instead.

2. PF - Chris Bosh - Miami Heat - $7,700

With both Dwyane Wade and Hassan Whiteside currently listed as GTDs, I'm comfortably placing Chris Bosh in this lineup despite being intrigued by other similarly priced options at PF. Miami is not scoring a ton of points this year and Bosh is not rebounding very swell, but against the New York Knicks whose lineup resembles that of my AAU team from grade school, Bosh should be in store for big things in this one.

1. C - Spencer Hawes - Los Angeles Clippers - $3,500

Spencer Hawes was a sneaky good fantasy option last season when he saw big minutes with the Philadelphia 76ers and decent time with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Hawes is averaging about 15 fantasy points per game in a relief role this season for the Los Angeles Clippers, but he will start and likely see between 25-30 minutes in place of Blake Griffin against Dallas. For minimum price, he projects as the top value play of the slate.
