Chappell is normally a decent sleeper in tournaments with limited fields, but he has never played well at Pebble Beach. He posted a T35 here in 2014, missed the cut in 2013, T69 in 2012, T69 in 2011 and missed the cut in 2010.

4. Pat Perez

Since his T17 at the Sony Open, Perez has not cracked the top-25 three straight tournaments. The Arizona product won't have much value this week at Pebble Beach.

3. Robert Garrigus

Garrigus is normally a decent sleeper in the larger tournaments, but he has seriously struggled this season. He has missed the cut in three of his six tournament appearances and the veteran has yet to finish inside the top-45.

2. Rory Sabbatini

Despite his string of three consecutive top-25 finishes, Sabbatini has missed the cut at Pebble Beach three years in a row. It would be better to avoid the veteran this weekend.

1. Billy Horschel

Horschel has been rather unpredictable this season. He has two top-25 finishes, but he hasn't cracked the top-25 in three straight tournaments, including missing the cut at the Farmers Insurance Open. He will be a risky fantasy pick this week at Pebble Beach.
