NFL Week 15 is in the books, and what a week it was. Now, fantasy football aficionados must consider what adjustments they can make in Week 16. With that in mind, here’s a look at the top 15 waiver wire targets.

You better believe the Ravens would love to hurt Pittsburgh's playoff chances by beating the Steelers in Week 16, so you can expect them to be playing hard. West should receive over 20 total touches in this one. He's owned in one percent of Yahoo! leagues.

Moncrief finished with five receptions for 51 yards and one TD, and it appears like he's the only weapon in the Colts' pass attack that QB Matt Hasselbeck can manage to find on a consistent basis of late. Thus, Moncrief should be a huge factor against Miami in Week 16 as the Colts fight to stay alive in the AFC South. He's owned in 55 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

Now that WR Danny Amendola is once again dealing with an injured knee, you can expect White's role to increase in Week 16. He's owned in 52 percent of Yahoo! leagues.
