15. Buffalo Bills Defense

The Buffalo Bills' defense hasn't been incredibly productive in fantasy football this season, but it couldn't have a better matchup than it does against the lowly Dallas Cowboys in Week 16. This unit is 67 percent owned on Yahoo, but could be available in many leagues toward the end of the week as people make their final roster moves.

14. Terrance West - RB - Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens benched Javorius Allen after he fumbled against Kansas City in Week 15, and Terrance West finished out the game as their feature back. You better believe the Ravens would love to hurt Pittsburgh's playoff chances by beating the Steelers in Week 16, so you can expect them to be playing hard. West should receive over 20 total touches in this one. He's owned in one percent of Yahoo! leagues.

13. Kyle Rudolph - TE - Minnesota Vikings

Kyle Rudolph is someone who would be a risky start in the fantasy championship, considering he carries a low floor. However, the Minnesota Vikings host the New York Giants in Week 16, and they have been abysmal against tight ends this season. If you're unsure about your tight end corps, pick up Rudolph as another option to consider before you set your final lineup of the season. He's owned in 54 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

12. Jerick McKinnon - RB - Minnesota Vikings

Adrian Peterson suffered a minor ankle injury against Chicago on Sunday, and is expected to miss a fair amount of practice this week. Although Peterson projects to play against the New York Giants, targeting RB Jerick McKinnon as an insurance policy is a savvy move, as he'd be Minnesota's bell cow back if Peterson was to have an unexpected setback. McKinnon is owned in three percent of Yahoo! leagues.

11. Kirk Cousins - QB - Washington Redskins

Kirk Cousins torched the Buffalo Bills for 319 yards and four TDs in Week 15. Thus, he carries a plethora of momentum into Washington's Saturday night matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles, which should decide who wins the NFC East. If for some reason you're petrified of starting the quarterbacks on your roster in Week 16, Cousins is someone you should target on the waiver wire. He's owned in 24 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

10. Donte Moncrief - WR - Indianapolis Colts

Donte Moncrief was Indianapolis' highest-targeted (seven) wide receiver in Week 15 against Houston. Moncrief finished with five receptions for 51 yards and one TD, and it appears like he's the only weapon in the Colts' pass attack that QB Matt Hasselbeck can manage to find on a consistent basis of late. Thus, Moncrief should be a huge factor against Miami in Week 16 as the Colts fight to stay alive in the AFC South. He's owned in 55 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

9. Devin Funchess - WR - Carolina Panthers

Devin Funchess tallied two receptions for 30 yards and one TD against the New York Giants in Week 15, and should see his fair share of targets on the fast track of the Georgia Dome this weekend against Atlanta. Funchess should be considered on the waiver wire if you're concerned with your receiving corps for fantasy's final week. Funchess is owned in 36 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

8. Stefon Diggs - WR - Minnesota Vikings

After being fantasy irrelevant for much of the second half of the season, Stefon Diggs bounced back in Week 15 against Chicago. He tallied three receptions for 55 yards and two TDs. In what should be an incredibly high-scoring affair with the New York Giants in Week 16, Diggs projects to have a big game against a substandard secondary. He's owned in 51 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

7. Keshawn Martin - WR - New England Patriots

If Danny Amendola is indeed sidelined in Week 16, expect Keshawn Martin to see a plethora of snaps and targets in his place. Martin's upside truly relies on Amendola's health, but in the final week of fantasy, he's worth a pickup considering a large portion of your bench can be dropped. Thus, if/when Amendola is ruled out, you'll have the option of firing Martin up. He's owned in six percent of Yahoo! leagues.

6. Dorial Green-Beckham - WR - Tennessee Titans

With Kendall Wright missing time again in Week 15, rookie Dorial Green-Beckham was Tennessee's de facto No. 1 wide receiver. Green-Beckham answered the call, tallying six receptions for 113 yards. Whether Wright plays in Week 16 or not, Green-Beckham should receive enough targets to be relevant in fantasy against Houston, but he admittedly doesn't have the greatest matchup. Green-Beckham is owned in 23 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

5. James White - RB - New England Patriots

James White's become a pass-catching marauder for the New England Patriots. Against Tennessee in Week 15, White finished with seven receptions for 71 yards and one TD, and has clearly built a rapport with QB Tom Brady, who seems to be utilizing White as he did RB Dion Lewis earlier in the season. Now that WR Danny Amendola is once again dealing with an injured knee, you can expect White's role to increase in Week 16. He's owned in 52 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

4. Alfred Blue - RB - Houston Texans

After not receiving a single carry in Week 14, Alfred Blue was featured by the Houston Texans in Week 15, tallying 107 yards over 20 carries. Expect Blue to receive 20 touches again in Week 16 against Tennessee. He's owned in 36 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

3. Christine Michael - RB - Seattle Seahawks

Christine Michael was solid in his return to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 15, tallying 84 yards over 16 carries against Cleveland. Michael should receive a similar workload against St. Louis, making him one of the most reliable options on the waiver wire in Week 16. Michael is owned in 10 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

2. Bilal Powell - RB - New York Jets

Bilal Powell's scored a touchdown in three straight games, and is coming off his best performance of the season against Dallas (79 total yards, one TD). Expect Powell to be heavily involved in the New York Jets' scheme against New England in Week 16. He's owned in 21 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

1. Karlos Williams/Mike Gillislee - RB - Buffalo Bills

Karlos Williams/Mike Gillislee - RB - Buffalo Bills Kevin Hoffman-USA TODAY Sports
The Buffalo Bills had a tough day on Sunday. Not only were they eliminated from playoff contention, but RB LeSean McCoy also injured his knee. The severity of McCoy's injury is still unclear, however, it's fair to assume Buffalo won't be hurrying him back with nothing to play for. Mike Gillislee received the majority of the Bills' carries after McCoy's departure, tallying 81 yards and one TD. In Week 16, expect Gillislee and Karlos Williams to see a somewhat even distribution of the workload, which makes them both interesting options on the waiver wire. Williams is 31 percent owned in Yahoo! leagues, and Gillislee is one percent.
