Video: 48 Hours Mystery Spoof: Sedins Missing – Clever
I came across this clever and actually pretty funny video regarding the sudden, unexplained disappearance of Vancouver Canucks stars Daniel and Henrik Sedin.
I’m not sure what the video is based upon because both Sedin’s are having solid seasons averaging more than a point-per-game – but it was still entertaining nonetheless.
Perhaps it had more to do with a recent “Hockey Night in Canada” poll that found Daniel and Henrik were considered the easiest players in the NHL to intimidate, as judged by their fellow NHLers.
That’s a stark contrast to last season when Daniel Sedin was voted by his peers to be the NHL’s best player when he won the Lester B. Pearson Award, along with the league scoring title. Not to mention it was only two seasons ago that brother Henrik won the scoring title and the Hart Trophy. Talk about, “What have you done for me lately?”
I don’t think the Sedins care all that much what anybody else thinks about them though. The Wonder Twins combined for 12 points in the last two games in which the mighty Canucks thrashed their opponents by a combined score of 11-4.
Enjoy!
Special thanks to awesomemcmanus for the video!
