Tiger Woods Apologizes for DUI – Jack Nicklaus Urges Golf World for Help

The buzz surrounding the Tiger Woods DUI arrest has only continued to build, as Woods himself offered a heartfelt public apology and the golfing world brought concern over his well-being to the conversation.

Here’s what Eldrick had to say in remorse over the DUI incident.

It’s hard not to wonder if Woods has been saddled with some mental issues in addition to the physical ailments he’s dealt with over the past handful of years.

Even the great Jack Nicklaus seemed to intimate as much in an interview prior to his tournament, the Memorial, teeing off on Thursday.

To have found himself passed out at the wheel of a running vehicle is a terrible fall from grace for a player once considered a lock to break the longstanding record of 18 majors belonging to Nicklaus.

And a breathalyzer producing a 0.00 reading in the police report is just as indicting, meaning Woods got in this state with pills alone.
