In order to win major championships, it often takes a couple of miracle shots to stay above water and not let the negative momentum wash over you out on the golf course.
For Louis Oosthuizen at Quail Hollow for the 99th PGA Championship, his shot from up against a tree in the third round may have been his signature moment for the 72-hole event.

He was visited by his physiotherapist for a few holes after the shot to tend to a sore wrist, but Oosthuizen looked no worse for the wear overall, carding an impressive third round 71 to sit just two shots back of the leader.
Maybe the positive vibes from that shot at the second hole will carry over into a stellar Sunday for Louis.
