The Indiana Pacers have reportedly signed Blake Ahearn to a training camp contract, according to a report by Hoops Hype.

Ahearn, 28, has been everywhere around the league. Being a star in the D-League, Ahearn was last seen with the Utah Jazz towards the end of last season.

Ahearn is known for being a shooter and can definitely help Indy off the bench assuming he makes the roster. The contract is guaranteed, so he will get money out of the deal either way.

However, with the Pacers already stacked at guards and guys like George HillLance StephensonOrlando Johnson andPaul George logging up the minutes, expect Ahearn to be benchwarmer for the majority of the season. Although, anyways, he can be a fan-favorite. Expect a Lou Amundson or Kyrylo Fesenko type of situation for him.

Ahearn has averaged 4.6 points throughout his short NBA career.
