Should the Chiefs pursue left tackle Max Starks?

Max Starks is an excellent pass blocker when healthy. He is a quality run blocker also. A neck injury along with the fact there were talks about him possibly bulking up to 400 pounds led to his release in Pittsburgh.

Jonathan Scott struggled at left tackle in Pittsburgh while Willie Colon

I think Max Starks would be a huge upgrade over current left tackle Branden Albert. Starks is a better pass blocker than Albert plus Albert can move to guard or play a backup role to Starks at left tackle stepping in for Starks in case Starks gets injured.
