Favre Speaks!
[picappgallerysingle id="6261754"]
Minnesota Vikings QB Brett Farve has spoken, well to Men’s Health magazine at least. Long term damage to Favre’s body isn’t really a concern for him right now. As he states in the interview, “Playing another year probably isn’t going to make a difference; the damage is already done”.
It seems as well that Favre had second thoughts about coming to camp last year, “I was driving into training camp and I’m saying ‘God, what was I thinking. I thought ‘This is a mistake’ “. And Favre only went through two weeks of preseason, but when you saw him on the field, you knew he wasn’t thinking that, he was having fun last year.
He mentioned in the article that when he made the decision to unretire and rejoin the Packers, they didn’t want him. “They made it pretty clear that I wasn’t going to play there”, Favre said. He told the Packers that he wanted to play for the Vikings or even the Detroit Lions. He departed Green Bay to return home thinking he was going to be traded to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, when he got off the plane in Mississippi, he found out he was traded to the New York Jets. The rest is history. He left New York and joined the Vikings last season and took Minnesota within 3 points of going to the Super Bowl.
Yeah, he’ll be back for one more, just to kick the Packers ass two more times.

Brett Favre will be back in Minnesota I believe because that entire Vikings team will be returning except for Chester Taylor. Everyone knows the best team in the NFL did not win the S.B last year! Only the luckest that was badly out played at home and that took many cheap shots on the best team last season! That Vikings team will be hungry after last seasons disappointment. Only a fool would not take another shot at a S.B with #28 and a defensive line like the Vikings have! I also believe Drew Bree’s gets knocked out for the season in the first game by Minnesota’s “D”…
