Will today be Vikings QB Brett Favre last significant game?
[picappgallerysingle id="10217092"]
Will today be the last significant game Minnesota Vikings QB Brett Favre will play in his career? It very well could be and in the mother of all ironies, it comes against his former team, the Green Bay Packers. With a loss this afternoon against the Packers, the Minnesota Vikings could see their season basically conclude, a 3-7 Vikings team won’t be mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, but will be so far behind other teams in the NFC, reaching the playoffs will require an amazing string of events to happen.
The Minnesota Vikings have activated WR Sidney Rice, but to remains to be seen if Rice will play or how effective he can be on the field.
This has been a season which started with high expectations but has disappointed on both sides of the ball. It has been a season filled with distractions and it most likely is going to conclude with the Minnesota Vikings making some big changes after this year is over.

keep farve playing. hes just in a rut. he’ll do great against the redskins im sure of it. farve is still the best qb.
It’s time to move on, this farve thing is over.
Touchdown! That’s a rlelya cool way of putting it!
Brett, I would love to see you come back next year and prove to us that we ARE a team to be reckoned with. My one dream in life is to see the MN VIKINGS go and WIN the Super Bowl. I really felt that this year was the year. It wasn’t meant to be but 2012 is.
