Theo Epstein filled a lot of holes this off-season, but one could make the case that he completely neglected to find a serviceable left-handed option out of the bullpen.

The Sox are left with a combination of Hideki Okajima and Rich Hill heading into 2011, with the flexible arms of Felix Doubront and Andrew Miller waiting in the wings for depth.
