Kenny Geidel, the most popular cotton candy/lemonade vendor in Pittsburgh, passed away yesterday.
Geidel suffered “complications from an intestinal infection,” according to a report on WTAE.com.
He worked at Heinz Field and the Civic Arena as well as PNC Park.
Geidel, an Edgewood man, was 64 years old.
Rest in peace, Kenny. You will be greatly missed, especially by those of us at the ballgame tonight.
Who’s in for signing a petition to send to PNC Park to hold an official Kenny Geidel bobblehead night?
