Jonathan Papelbon Says Philadelphia Phillies Fans Know the Game Better Than Boston Red Sox Fans
The Philadelphia Phillies inked top closer Jonathan Papelbon to a four-year, $50 million deal in the offseason, and the team’s new relief pitcher says Phillies fans know the game better than Boston Red Sox fans do.

Papelbon was 4-1 with a 2.94 ERA and 31 saves for the Red Sox in 2011. He made four All-Star teams in seven seasons with the club.
