Brian Wilson Looked Like He Rolled Out of Bed For Season Opener

Brian Wilson is different. For the most part, that’s a good thing. We have far too many generic people in this world today. But at the same time, it’s hard not to wonder what’s going through Wilson’s head on any given day. As for what he was thinking on Opening Night 2014, some might conclude that he wasn’t thinking about showering.

Here’s why:

As per usual, the reliever just doesn’t care. He doesn’t care that he looks even more wild than usual, or that it was Opening Night and everyone was watching. Wilson marches to the beat of his own drum and beyond that, he just doesn’t seemed concerned with anything besides mowing down opposing hitters.

The 32-year old just began his second season with the Los Angeles Dodgers, and 2014 didn’t exactly start off the way he would have liked. Wilson gave up two earned runs on two hits in the Dodgers loss to the Padres. Now he’ll have to deal with a giant 18.00 ERA to start the season.

But if you’re looking for the silver lining of his first appearance of the year, it’s the fact that he struck out two batters in his inning of work. On top of that, the Dodgers are in great shape to make another run at the NLCS. Wilson will get his pitching on track, just like he always does. As for his hairdo, it will remain an enigma.
