Even with Clayton Kershaw sidelined due to injury, the Dodgers still have one of the better rotations in baseball. They've performed pretty well this season while the bullpen has struggled a little bit. Based on that, these are the grades the starting five and bullpen as a whole have earned.

Record: 3-1
1.93 ERA
1.000 WHIP
25:9 strikeout-to-walk ratio

Ryu is one of the most underrated pitchers in baseball, but if he keeps pitching like he has been, that could soon change. Ryu has been extremely solid to start the season, not allowing many base runners and thus staying out of trouble. While Kershaw is out, there's no doubt he's the ace of this staff.

Dan Haren - A-

Record: 2-0
2.04 ERA
1.019 WHIP
15:2 strikeout-to-walk ratio

Haren has come on strong for the Dodgers so far this season, which is a very encouraging sign for how the entire season could go for this rotation. Even while dominant, Haren normally has an ERA hovering around 4.00, so the fact that he's just above 2.00 is another great sign. Once Kershaw comes back, he gives the rotation crazy depth.

Record: 3-0
2.76 ERA
1.102 WHIP
21:2 strikeout-to-walk ratio

Greinke has been lights out this season, striking out more than 10 times as many batters as he walks. With that kind of production as the No. 3 starter, it will be tough for teams to beat the Dodgers in a postseason series.

Paul Maholm - C

Record: 0-1
4.97 ERA
1.500 WHIP
4:5 strikeout-to-walk ratio

Maholm hasn't been very sharp for the Dodgers so far this season. He appears a bit rusty as he's gotten banged up out of the gate, but he is valuable as a lefty. Even then, there is a chance he could slide out of the rotation and into the bullpen once Kershaw returns from injury.

Record: 0-0
4.00 ERA
1.444 WHIP
9:6 strikeout-to-walk ratio

The once-dominant Beckett has pitched decently so far this season, but will be battling for a spot in the rotation upon Kershaw's return. He has been better than Maholm, but he will need to show more flashes of his ability to strike opposing batters out at a high clip in order to convince the Dodgers he should be fixture in the rotation.

The Dodger bullpen has gotten off to a shaky start this season. They are just 5-for-9 in save opportunities this season and closer Kenley Jansen has struggled as much or more than everyone else in the bullpen. There's a chance Jansen could be replaced if he keeps proving ineffective.
