Every team faces a few players who always seem to give them problems. The Atlanta Braves are no exception. There are certain pitchers who seem to always have the Atlanta hitters figured out, and there are opposing hitters who elevate their game against the Braves' pitchers. Here is a list of five current players who love to face the Atlanta Braves.

Carpenter had his breakout campaign with the Cardinals in 2013, but he's been a problem for Braves pitching since his rookie year. He's hitting .345 against the Braves in 65 plate appearances, and the Braves are the only team outside of the NL Central that Carpenter has multiple home runs against. His .446 OBP against the Braves is the highest mark against any team that he has over 50 at-bats.

4. Chris Capuano

Capuano's dominance of Braves hitters is a little surprising considering his 74-84 career record and 4.23 ERA. In his 11 starts facing the Braves, he's 5-3 with just a 2.57 ERA. His .625 winning percentage and .207 opponent batting average against the Braves are personal bests among all NL teams.

Before Uggla made Braves fans miserable playing for Atlanta, he made Braves fans miserable playing against them. His .287 batting average against Braves pitchers is his best mark against any NL team, and he hit 23 home runs in just 355 at-bats against Atlanta.

2. Cliff Lee

Lee has been one of the best pitchers in baseball over the past seven years, but some of his best work has come against the Braves. He has a 2.65 ERA against the Braves in 16 starts, but it's his strikeout numbers that are really incredible. His 126 Ks against the Braves are the most he has against any team, and his 15.75 K/BB ratio against Atlanta is absolutely ridiculous.

Ramirez has roasted Atlanta pitching to the tune of a .377 batting average in 325 plate appearances, his highest average against any NL team. He's slugging nearly .600 against the Braves with 15 home runs and an OPS of 1.008. When the third baseman is healthy, Braves pitchers would be wise to just give him a free pass.
