Yadier Molina Has Strained Left Oblique, Status For Rest of NLCS In Question
The St. Louis Cardinals are currently locked in a battle with the San Francisco Giants in Game 2 of the NLCS. But the rest of the way, they’ll be without their All-Star catcher, Yadier Molina.
Yadier Molina left the game with what the Cardinals are saying was a strained left oblique.

Molina was unable to run to first base on a ground ball in the 6th, as he hunched over in distress.
St. Louis will have to hope for the best when it comes to the prognosis on its diamond leader. The Cardinals would obviously be a much different team without him in the lineup.
But when you consider that Molina was in enough pain to be unable to continue in an NLCS game, you know he has to be hurting bad.
