Sources say that reliever Andrew Miller is close to deciding where he will sign, and there are 10 teams interested in him. He's in for quite the payday on either a three- or four-year deal since so many teams are interested in him. With a decision looming, here are five teams that could make the best offers to him.

The Blue Jays were among the favorites to land Miller until his price got bid up. He's also looking to possibly get four years, which will be hard for Toronto to commit to. Nonetheless, the Blue Jays' aggressive offseason approach means they're not out on any free agent until they sign elsewhere.

The White Sox have been sneaky this offseason, but they've been more aggressive than they normally are. They really need some back-end bullpen help, and Miller would obviously help them with that. Unlike with other teams, he could potentially close games for the White Sox, which may persuade him to sign with Chicago.

Faced with the prospect of replacing closer David Robertson, the Yankees may need to make a splash in the relief pitching market. If the bidding goes high, which it seems like it will, then the Yankees have to be considered among the favorites to ink Miller to a deal.

2. Detroit Tigers

Even though the Tigers already have invested a ton of money into their bullpen in Joe Nathan and Joaquin Benoit at the back end, it's still their Achilles' heel. If they're going to spend a lot of money on the bullpen anyway, they might as well spend a little more to land Miller and solidify the back end.

It seems like the Red Sox are just trying to sign every big free agent out there, and so far it's worked out pretty well for them. Reuniting with Miller would make their already-solid bullpen even better with Miller setting up for Koji Uehara. Signing Miller and a top starter would make the Red Sox one of a few favorites in the American League East.
