Evan Gattis' name has been mentioned as a trade target for quite some time this offseason. See who the Atlanta Braves could possibly trade him and other Braves players for.

The Braves need an experienced starting pitcher to complete their rotation. Burnett would immediately fill the open fifth spot and allow Manny Banuelos to progress until ready.

4. Ian Kinsler - 2B

Kinsler would immediately fill two glaring needs the Braves have which is an everyday second baseman and leadoff hitter. The signing of Alberto Callaspo is only an insurance policy until Jose Peraza is ready. Kinsler is ready now, but the price may be too high.

3. Martin Prado - OF/IF

Prado never quite looked right in any other uniform than a Braves one. If Hart managed to bring him back home, Prado would instantly galvanize the fanbase and clubhouse as well as provide a stable left fielder and all-around utility man when needed.

To continue the coming home theme, bringing Huddy back to Atlanta would be the ultimate move by Hart to completely stabilize the rotation and bring a much needed veteran presence to the bullpen and clubhouse. Hudson needs to retire in a Braves uniform.

The need for an everyday second baseman and leadoff hitter cannot be more crucial if the Braves want to make a potential run in the NL East this season. The Braves had an overhaul at this position last season and nothing really transpired from it. Altuve is the best leadoff hitter in the majors and would immediately make the Braves' offense better as well as have a constant at second base.
