Things have not gone the way the Toronto Blue Jays were hoping this season, as they find themselves last in the AL East. If the losses keep piling up, the Blue Jays will be sellers this summer and may actually be in complete rebuild mode. If that’s the case, here are five players Toronto should look to trade before the 2015 trade deadline.

Reyes will be difficult to trade, as there is so much money left on his contract, but he's so injury prone and not the player he was in past years that Toronto has to try to move him. They may have to eat some of the money on his contract, but contending teams in need of a shortstop may be interested in trading for him. Toronto may not view him as a piece they want to rebuild with moving forward.

Navarro is on the DL right now, but he should be back in time to become trade bait in July. He'll be a free agent after this season, so it would make sense for Toronto to trade him away if they're not in contention. Navarro can still hit, and a team looking to add an extra bat at the trade deadline should have some interest in acquiring him.

3. Jose Bautista

If the Blue Jays are in rebuilding mode, trading Bautista has to be considered. Toronto has a $ 14 million option on him for next year, but that may be too much for a player his age, meaning now could be the time to trade him. His numbers this season aren't that great, but Bautista still has power and can certainly be an asset to a contending team.

Dickey is not having a good year, with an ERA over five, and this could be his last season in Toronto if the Blue Jays buy out his contract for next season. Another option would be for Toronto to trade him, which may not be a bad move. His poor performance this year has hurt his value, but as a knuckleballer his age shouldn't make much of an impact. Trading him could also open up a spot in Toronto's rotation for their younger pitchers.

Despite an up-and-down year thus far, Buehrle may be Toronto's best trade chip this summer. He's a free agent after this season, so if Toronto isn't a contender, it's a no-brainer to trade him. He's owed $ 19 million this year, but by July that won't be that much for a team to take on. And with his track record, Buehrle would be a great rental player for a contending team.
