5. Los Angeles Angels

For some reason, the Angels refuse to admit they have a problem in the starting rotation. Outside of Garrett Richards, they have nobody who even resembles an ace and they did nothing to address that problem this offseason. They're now bordering on being the fourth best team in the AL West.

Yes, the Cardinals signed Mike Leake to bolster their starting rotation, but they lost their two biggest free agents to the division-rival Cubs, in John Lackey and Jason Heyward. St. Louis won't spend big and it's going to start hurting them. With an aging offense, the Cardinals look like the third-best team in the NL Central right now.

3. Baltimore Orioles

The Orioles haven't managed to lock up Chris Davis long term yet, which in itself is fine. However, they haven't added anyone capable of filling his spot in the lineup either. If Baltimore doesn't keep Davis or add a big bat to the lineup, fans should get ready for a brutal 2016 season.

New York lost Daniel Murphy and Yoenis Cespedes and added Neil Walker. Yes, their pitching staff is impressive, but the Nationals have improved to the point where it should be a tight division race next year. That's a big step back for the 2015 NL East champions.

1. Los Angeles Dodgers

It's true, the Dodgers have improved their long-term future by inking a couple international free agents this offseason, but the chances of Kenta Maeda or Yasiel Sierra making an immediate impact are slim. With the Giants improving vastly and the D'Backs stealing Zack Greinke away, Los Angeles is now in a three-team race for the division.
