Although he may have had a somewhat disappointing 2015 campaign, Kevin Gausman, a former first-round draft pick, is still only 25 years old. The right-hander had a 110 ERA+ back in 2014 as well.

4. Miguel Gonzalez

While he didn't exactly have a great season last year, Miguel Gonzalez averaged a 3.45 ERA from 2012-14. The O's will definitely need Gonzalez to bounce back in 2016.

Although his numbers weren't exactly great either, Ubaldo Jimenez went a respectable 12-10 with a 4.11 ERA (101 ERA+) and a 1.36 WHIP last year. The O's will need Jimenez to pitch like a solid middle-of-the-rotation starter in 2016.

2. Yovani Gallardo

While his strikeout numbers have sharply declined and some would say that he isn't exactly the same guy he was with the Milwaukee Brewers, Gallardo actually posted full season career bests in ERA (3.42) and ERA+ (124) for the Texas Rangers last year.

1. Chris Tillman

Admittedly, Chris Tillman is yet another O's pitcher who isn't exactly coming off of a great year, but he had a terrific season in 2014, going 13-6 with a 3.34 ERA (118 ERA+) and a 1.23 WHIP. If he can bounce back, it would be a big help for the O's.
