The Milwaukee Brewers are undoubtedly in the middle of the rebuilding process, and that is likely to mean trading away players in hopes of acquiring prospects this summer. Milwaukee did the same thing last year, and there are several more players on the team’s roster that will be attractive to contending teams. Here are five players the Brewers could be looking to trade to a contender this summer.

Villar could become a building block for the future in Milwaukee, but the Brewers also have Orlando Arcia, one of their top prospects, close to ready for the majors. Arcia, not Villar, could end up being the team's shortstop of the future.

Garza is under contract beyond this year, which could make him an attractive trade chip. He's owed plenty of money and his best years may be behind him, so he may not be someone the Brewers want to continue building around.

Trading Hill is rather obvious. The Brewers may have to eat some money, but it'll be worth it to get a prospect back. Hill will be a nice addition to the bench of a contender, while the Brewers should be playing Hernan Perez at third base.

To say Lucroy is a wanted man would be an understatement. It's tempting to hang onto him for the rebuilding process, but trading Lucroy could give the Brewers a huge haul that could help to expedite that rebuilding process.

Braun is having a good season and now is the time for the Brewers to free themselves of him. There's a lot of money left on his contract, but if Milwaukee pays some of it, they could be able to find someone to take Braun in a trade.
