Twins' Miguel Sano Gets Ejected For "Punching" James McCann After Matt Boyd Throws Behind Him

In the bottom of the fifth inning of a 3-2 game, Detroit Tigers pitcher Matt Boyd threw behind Minnesota Twins slugger Miguel Sano.

Sano took exception to the pitch and began yelling and pointing at Boyd.

Tigers catcher James McCann got involved and Sano “punched” him which led to Miguel’s ejection.
