New York Mets Fan Goes On Impassioned Rant About Firing Team's Medical Staff

By Timothy Downs

Take it from me, a tortured lifelong fan of the New York Mets: There’s a lot of frustration built up from years of chaos and mismanagement, and we want it to end with a World Series win immediately.

For the better part of the last 12 years, the Mets have had terrible luck with injuries. Not only do their best players get hurt at inopportune times, but it seems as if the team’s medical staff decides on recovery times by using a Ouija board, as they clearly have no clue how to forecast the estimates themselves.

Over the past week, the Mets’ two best players, ace pitcher Noah Syndergaard and slugger Yoenis Cespedes, have gone down with injuries. Cespedes tried to play through his leg injury, but ultimately landed on the disabled list.

Video of Cespedes having trouble putting any weight on his leg in batting practice later surfaced, proving he had no business lacing up in the first place.

Not long after, Syndergaard decided to refuse an MRI on his arm after experiencing discomfort. During his next start, he was removed early after being hit was a sudden burst of pain, and unsurprisingly just joined Cespedes on the DL with a partially-torn lat.

With their two best players now out of commission, Mets fans have finally snapped. On Sunday, video surfaced of a young Mets fans dropping an extremely NSFW diatribe about head trainer Ray Ramirez and his staff, among others, after the Washington Nationals bludgeoned the Mets 23-5 earlier in the afternoon.

A new video of a calmer adult Mets fan has surfaced, and it’s equally as depressing.

This dude wants everyone from the doctors to the pharmacists fired, and it’s hard to blame him…
