Byron Buxton Hangs Onto Great Catch After Hard Crash Into Outfield Wall

By Anthony Blake

Bone-rattling collisions are more common on a football field than a baseball diamond, but Minnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton doesn’t abide by those rules.

After a long drive by Cleveland Indians first baseman Carlos Santana, Buxton tracked the ball to the outfield fence into a full-on car crash.

It took him a second to regain his bearings, but Buxton was okay after making this sensational catch to rob a sure extra-base hit.
