Hansel Robles' Bases-Loaded, Full-Count Wild Pitch to Lose Game Sums Up Mets' 2017 Season

By Jason Fletcher

The New York Mets entered the 2017 season with hopes of returning to the playoffs.

Instead, injuries and poor performance have the team eight games under .500 and 14 games behind the Washington Nationals in the NL East.

On Thursday, the Mets lost to the Colorado Rockies thanks to a walk-off bases-loaded walk that featured a pitch from Hansel Robles that was nowhere near the plate.
